Synctax sells digital design files through Synctax. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days.

1. 14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. If you paid with Paddle, you can also request your refund at paddle.net.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same payment provider used at checkout, within 14 days of your request. Your bank or provider may take a few more days to show the refund on your statement.
